My most important resource ended up being my “social
experience” one. I think this is because for my Brunch style restaurant idea I
need to be able to capitalize on both the homey ambience I want with the
families but also the studying aspect I want for the students.
Hi Evan,
ReplyDeleteGood job on your post! You have a lot of valuable resources that are available to you! Personally, I had a lot of trouble thinking about what resources were available to me. I think this assignment really helped us see what we have at this very moment. Social experience is a very good resource to have because part of what makes a restaurant enjoyable is the ambiance.
Hey Evan!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this week’s blog post! You truly have a lot of capital to start your venture, which is great if this is something that you actually wanted to start in your personal life. One great piece of capital that your venture will provide in is studying space. This is something that Gainesville definitely already has, but you can never have too much of in a college town. Overall, great job!
