16a: What's Your Secret Sauce?
Describe 5 ways in
which you think you have human capital that is truly unique to you
-
I live for jumping outside of my comfort zone
-
I’m a Type A, morning person
-
I love anything to do with the outdoors
-
I love working out, eating healthy and seeing
results
-
I love my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ
Interview the 5
people who know you best
Lori Savage (Mother)
-
My mother said what makes me different is my natural
born leadership ability and my love for other people. This she said, stood out
even from a young age.
James Savage (Father)
-
My father said that my work ethic is what makes me
myself. My tenacious ability to write up a goal and then work hard to achieve
it.
Ansley Savage (Sister)
-
My sister said my loving but playful personality
makes me myself. How I go one second to picking on her, to the next moment of
helping her with her school work.
Austin Dowler (Best Friend)
-
Austin said that always having my friend’s backs
makes me myself. Always reaching out and sparking conversations with people
from high school to see how they’re doing.
Lydia Bjorklund (Best Friend)
-
Lydia said that my ability to make her laugh
anytime of the day and to joke around 99% of the time makes me myself.
Reflect the differences
A lot of the people I talked to highlighted similar things
in their friendships/relationships with myself. They highlighted how I like to
joke around and have a good time, while also caring about them and how they’re
doing. What causes these differences I think is what my goals are and what I
strive to do (the list I created above), and what naturally occurs from wanting
to have a good time with the people around me (the list my people created). I
do believe these interviews are correct about me. I would not make any corrections
to the first list above.
Hi Evan! I like your five qualities that you said about yourself. They’re different from others I’ve read. I really like the summaries of your five interviews as well, but I’m just wondering where the audio files for them are, since I think they were a requirement for this post. My views of myself were similar to how people viewed me as well.
ReplyDeleteHi Evan,
ReplyDeleteGood job on your post. What your interviews said about you being playful and funny relates to what I put about myself in my list. I feel like I also have a funny and playful personality. I also enjoy being around happy people and making them laugh. I also put that I would not change anything in my list because most of the qualities I put are only observable by me.
Hey Evan!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this week’s post! You included a lot of detail, which helps the reader gain insight about who you are as a person. One thing that I noticed while reading your blog is that you are missing your audio recording files for this blog post. Next time, I would recommend including the recordings in your post for everyone to hear! Overall, you did great!
