ENT3003: 2a Bug List

Traffic around Gainesville and the UF campus at 5:00 pm everyday

• This bugs me because when I hop on a bus or take an Uber anywhere I feel like it takes longer to reach my destination than if I simply walked to where I wanted to go.

When my friends chew their dining hall food with their mouths open

• This bugs me because I don’t want to see what their food looks like when chewed up and digested.

Having any class after 3:00 pm

• This bugs me because I am a morning person who likes to get up and get my work done. Following a productive morning I like to relax, hang out with friends or workout -- not go to class.

Driving on I-95 via South Carolina on a two lane interstate

• This bugs me because 3 and ½ hours of my drive from Raleigh to Gainesville is on a two lane highway with numerous tractor trailers going through SC.

Having a class with hundreds of kids in a lecture hall, rather than a smaller setting

• This bugs me because I feel like the personal setting is taken out of this class when its harder to develop a first name basis connection with your professor.

When my laptop fails to update its anti-virus software properly

• This bugs me when I’m unable to access the internet to fix this problem due to my anti-virus service to stop working

When I get locked out of my dorm at 2:00 in the morning

• This bugs me because my roommates are asleep and I feel bad about waking them up

When Florida’s Men’s Basketball team cannot win a single game

• This bugs me because it’s frustrating to go to a game and see them fail to win

When my car decides to randomly break down in the first lane on Archer Street

• This bugs me because this might be the worst time for my 2002 Truck to fail to drive

When a red corvette is tail gating the mess out of me while driving

• This bugs me because all i want to do is break check this man so he backs off my tails

When people park over the lines and take up two spots

-This bugs me because when selfish people do this in a tight parking garage

When people leave their shopping cart in a parking spot at Walmart

• This bugs me because I then have to get out of my car in order to move their shopping cart, then get back in my car to park it

When my younger sister finishes the box of Cheez-its but puts the box back in the pantry

• This bugs me because I have the sudden hope of delicious Cheez-Its that then crashes and burns when the box is empty

When I walk into the gym and people leave all their weights laying around and on the bench press

• This bugs me because I then have to move their weights before I can then apply my weight onto the machine I’m choosing to do

When I’m in the shower in Broward Dorm and the fire alarm decides to go off

• This bugs me because this is the absolute worse instance for the fire alarm to be pulled, or go off during the day

When I sit down to grind and knock out work, and my Mac decides it needs to update for me to log on

• This bugs me because this throws off my work schedule for that day and gets my out of my groove

When I get a random TeleCom call from someone trying to sell insurance

• This bugs me because I hate when my phone is blowing up from random numbers that I know I have never talked to before.

When I get put on hold for 20 minutes or more when trying to get in contact with a Doctor

• This bugs me because I have to stop annoyingly to wait for the possibility for a Doctor to pick up the other end of the phone line

People who drive under the speed limit

• This bugs me because when I’m in the car I’m trying to get from point A to Point B, and these slow drivers are in my way

When people talk during movies very loudly during the climax of the film

• This bugs me because I’m trying to focus during this part of the movie and all I can hear is a woman talking on her phone about her boyfriend

Reflection: The challenges I faced from completing this assignment were I would go on rolls where 3-4 things that bugged me would come to mind at a time, then I would get log jammed. This 3-4 instances seemed to be very similar and I had to spark a new idea to generate another round of 3-4 things that bugged me from that point. I didn’t find it to difficult because I asked around to other people things that bugged them to generate ideas for myself.
